  1. SMOOTH is Smooth Draw v.0.8, a DEGAS-like drawing program by Devin
  2. Balkcom.  This program allows you to load and edit .PI?, .PC?, .NEO,
  3. .BL?, .MUR, .DOO, .ART, and it's own custom format.  It includes within
  4. it a picture conversion feature that allows you to load high rez pictures
  5. into med. or low rez.  You can save your files in all of the above
  6. formats except .NEO and .PC?.  Print out your pictures using the ALT-HELP
  7. screen dump, or if you are in the mono mode, directly to an Epson
  8. compatible printer.  GDOS screen fonts may be used. The doc file tells
  9. you how to use the program as well as how to merge the pictures created
  10. into your GFA programs.  Color or mono.  SHAREWARE.  ST/STe/TT compatible.
